Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at howdy@RecoverySwag.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. This protection also applies to personalized items.

Sizing, Exchanges & Change of Mind

We accept eligible returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • A 25% handling fee applies.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for sizing or change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
