Shipping
Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a calculated rate based on size and destination — you'll see the exact cost at checkout.
We also ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 15–25 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times:
- Production: 2–5 business days (made to order)
- U.S. shipping: 3–8 business days after production
- Total U.S. delivery: 5–13 business days
- International delivery: 15–25 business days
Each piece is made to order — printed, produced, or cut just for you. This process helps us keep waste low and quality high, which means your item takes a little extra time to create, but it's worth it. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is ready to ship.
If you don't see a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us.
Returns & Exchanges
We take our low-waste mission seriously, so our return policy reflects that. But don't worry — we've got your back for the important stuff.
No-fee returns and replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong product sent
- Manufacturing defects
- Item significantly different from the listing
In any of these cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No hassle, no runaround.
All other returns or exchanges:
- Subject to a 25% handling fee
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
- Sizing issues? Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
How to Report an Issue
If something's not right with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item:
- Email howdy@RecoverySwag.com
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo showing the issue
We'll respond within 1–2 business days and get it sorted.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier during shipping, we'll reship your order at no additional cost. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly on made-to-order items, we generally cannot cancel orders once they've been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at howdy@RecoverySwag.com and we'll do our best to accommodate — but we can't make guarantees once production has started.
