One Day at a Time VHS Recovery Journal | Hardcover Notebook
Recovery is not a story you rush through. It is lived one day, one choice, and one chapter at a time.
This retro VHS-inspired hardcover journal turns a familiar reminder into a place to record the moments that matter. The cover reads like the back of an old video rental case, complete with recovery credits, second chances, and one very important instruction: Do Not Fast Forward.
★ ABOUT ★
Use it for meeting notes, step work, gratitude lists, prayers, sponsor suggestions, inventories, daily reflections, or the thoughts that show up when life takes an unexpected plot twist. It is designed for people in recovery across Twelve Step fellowships and beyond, without being tied to one specific program.
Whether you choose blank or lined pages, this journal is a reminder that progress matters more than perfection—and that the best chapters are often the ones we never saw coming.
